Quick Description: Phoebe is an orange-red and brilliant yellow ostrich with spotted wings. Given her name, coloration and the Flame Shirt she wears as her initial outfit, it's likely that she is supposed to be a mythical phoenix. Her appearance is somewhat similar to Rio's, another female ostrich that appeared in the early games in the series.​

Actually, she's the very top of tier 2 and I sell tier 2 villagers for this price alll the time

Good luck! Though I kinda agree, 18 mil is a bit too high for a Tier 2. Since Phoebe is around the top of Tier 2, 10 mil is probably a better price. Hope someone gets her ouo
