I know for a fact I've earned badges, like the "played over 50 hours" one, because my activity log is at like 60 something, but I haven't seen Phineas in a week? He came and gave me a bunch in one day a while ago, but isn't he supposed to show up every time you've earned one?

I've been having this issue to, the general consensus seems to be related to all the rain the month of June seems to have.

I just ran Into him again today and he gave me like 8 badges after not seeing him for like a week

He's only appeared once in my town, for getting over 50% to completing the fish. It HAS rained a lot...there's only been a small amount of time when it stops raining in my town before it starts up again. D:

He appeared twice today in my town.
I've gotten the three badges for earning 50% of the encyclopedia (fish, bugs, deep sea), one for catching 1k fish, and the one for getting 1 mil bells. I'm owed the bug and deep sea for catching 1k, and playing over 50 hours.
