You can get multiple badge in a day if you accomplished the play hours too. I once got 3 badges in 1 day because I achieved multiple goals in a day. Keep talking to him and he'll offer you another badge

Glad you finally found him hope the playtime hours thing sorts itself out and you get all your badges! I love seeing Phinneas in my town <3

I remember when I hit 500+ hours. He didn't show up right away. Maybe it's like that for everyone.

Sometimes he just isn't visable. I was using the megaphone to call for a villager the other day and Phineas answered instead!
I had no idea he was even there....so maybe try that once in a while too if you're expecting a badge and can't find him

Check the police station if you have one. One time I was due for a badge and asked him 12 times what was new in town in one visit. He finally told me Mr. Badge Guy was in town. The villagers will tell you he's in town.

Are you going by your activity log? If so than you need to play more. That isn't a good guide.

Mr. Badge Guy has shown up when the sky was overcast and about to rain. I have pictures on Miiverse.
