Katt was in boxes, but Rosie was camping so I invited her to live in my town.. Thing is, I TT'd 1 year forward because that was one of the steps included. After my game loaded, I went to the campsite in hopes of finding some decent villager but I found Rosie still in there, pondering on where she will plop her house in my town xDD

Now, idk what to do, I think the cycle will get messed up if I TT the next day, but then again if I TT another whole year forward, Rosie might end up not moving in..

either that or I will not get a new villager in this round but instead get Rosie.

i continued with the cycle and it turned out that i didn't have a new *unknown* villager, and that my new villager was Rosie ^.^ she.. chose a very secluded area in my town 0.0 #ohno

Cycling towns usually are made just to cycle out villagers. People usually don't care what the town looks like due to the fact that villagers will move in and out constantly.

It's only for pure cycle towns. If you have the Beautiful Town ordinance, then it's fine.
