Persuade my choice of Peppy Villager

I need a peppy villager. I used to have favorites, but it has been a while. I just received Merry's amiibo, and I have had her once and like her . She reminds me of Kitty in my town, but this made me think about coming on here to hear your favorites and your reasoning. I have a lot of cards I could use, so state the peppy that should move in and why. I like hearing other peoples' reasoning! I want to give all peppy choices a chance to be the one to move in!

I don't know if you have any of the Welcome Amiibo cards but my favorite Peppy villager is Piper. As for why she's my favorite it's because we had a female beagle named Piper who was very much like a Peppy Villager. Our Piper actually admired herself in mirrors if she saw herself! lol! Our Piper girl passed away in November of 2016. When I found out there was a villager named Piper I had to get her card and now Piper is a permanent resident of my main town. Having her in my town is my little way of having my Piper with me. Thank you for listening!

(If you'd like to have Piper I could scan her into my second town for you. I think you'd be able to invite her to come live in your town. I'm not 100% positive though.)

I actually do have Piper, but thank you for the offer! I can't remember seeing her in game. I probably scanned her once years ago!

I too recommend Piper! I have Bluebear in my main town and I love her but I also highly recommend Cheri, Candi and Patty. They're all great peppies and I have had all of them to great success!

I've actually never had her in a town. I'd have to see if I have her amiibo to see her

My top peppy with always be Apple. I don't know. She is just so adorable and fun. Red is my favourite colour.

I actually had Apple not too long ago. She moved away but I loved her! I think I'll be trying out some new peppeis for now though!

A lot of my favourite villagers are actually peppy. At one point, my town was mostly peppy villagers. I do, however, have to say Twiggy, Tangy, and Epona are my favourite peppy villagers. Epona is just so beautiful and it makes me happy every time I see her. Twiggy and Tangy have been long-time favourites, dating back to the Gamecube days. They're both super adorable and definitely unique. Tangy's design being inspired by an orange makes her one of a kind, and Twiggy is just unmistakably Twiggy because of how much she is unique.

Based on this post alone, you've got 3 options here that are a variety in animal types with Epona being a horse, Twiggy being a bird, and Tangy being a cat.

If you feel like trying out some underrated, less popular peppy villagers, I would recommend Anabelle or Anicotti. Anabelle is an adorable anteater (technically a pangolin) with nice coloring. Anicotti is my second favorite villager of all-time. She's been my best friend since the GameCube, but she's a mouse so she doesn't get much love.

My favorite peppy villager is Tangy. She's super cute and her house looks really great with her design. She's just a ray of sunshine in my town.

Merry is one of my starters and she is definitely a good one in my humble opinion but I’ve had Bianca before and thought she was the epitome of a glamorous old Hollywood movie star then briefly I had Flora once and if you can get over her peptobismo colored house, then she’s great too and even has a lovely phone you can occasionally take advantage of but then I live in Florida so having a pink flamingo in your yard is kind of expected.

My favorite peppy is Apple. Both my mom and I like her a lot and we both hope one day we can have her in our towns, for New Horizons that is. Rosie is another one I like too, but of course she's pretty popular, so it's up to you if you want her in your town.

Can't really name any others, but I usually go for villagers that are either unique in appearance or are very colorful, so maybe one of those?

Even thou the game wasn't mine (it was my dad's) City Folk was my first introduction to the Animal Crossing series. Eventually I got to make a character and I didn't like most of my dad's villagers. He didn't really care which ones he had. The only villager I made friends with was Tutu, and ever since then I had to have her in my New Leaf town.
