Perfect Town?

So, I've been told that once Jacob's ladders start to spawn within your own town, that it's perfect?

well I went to isabelle to ask her what they had thought of my town, and her response had the word Pave in it (I can't recall the whole thing)

So I have a perfect town, how long till I get a golden watering can?

You get the golden watering can from isabelle, once you have perfect town for 15 days. Just talk to her everyday, making sure that she says it's the best town ever.

Jacob's latter grow randomly on a perfect town day. In my 15 days, I only grew 3

Just make sure not to throw more than 10 items on the ground. And keep garbage out. No worries if you have those stuff, just fix it before it hits 6 AM the next day. The perfect town streak will continue
If you buy turnips, just bury them all in the ground. It'll be stored away underground, maintaining your perfect town status.

Having a perfect town is easy. As long as you have 70 flowers, 80 trees, 10 public projects, and clean environment.

Also I know that once you have a perfect town do you have to hold it to get the town hall remodel and flower clock?

No, you don't have to wait. As soon as you get perfect town status (talk to Isabelle), these projects are unlocked.

I had a lot of paths in my town, yet I managed to plant a bunch of trees. Just make sure to plant trees to fill up the beach with palms. you should be fine, unless you covered your town in patterns 100%

I'm pretty sure that once you unlock the new models for the town hall, they will be available permanently.

Ah, alright I think I will just plant a ton of trees on the beach and I have an untouched area so spam them there so that should fix it. I already have enough projects and about 300 flowers xD

Make sure to plant the trees away from the water. For more running and path space. Plant them more towards the wall, making sure your trees have enough space

I time travel day by day (finish chores for one day then move onto next and so on) and my perfect town status was not effected.

I can confirm that also. I TT'd til I was able to get the golden watering can. As long as you don't have trash or more than 10 weeds/items, you're fine to TT to the next day.

Even with perfect town, weed still grows. But only about one per day, randomly. Sometimes one grows, somemtimes none grows.

You can use the TIY's gardening store weed service to pull weed for you. They know if there's weed or not, so it's best to check with him if you're unsure if you've got all the weeds pulled.
