Perfect Town?

I have 123 trees planted, 88 flowers and 10 public work projects. I have had less than 10 items or weeds on the ground for the past 15 days and I have followed the acre system but I still don't have a perfect town. Anyone have any idea why?

More public works projects and Flowers I believe. I'm not too sure about the Flowers, but the PWP My sis had to have like 12 er 13 to get her town to be perfect.

Don't have any trash or items on the floor in your town. Also, you need a lot more flowers and perhaps more projects.

Isabelle should tell you what the animals want. There are also some items that will reduce your town rating like the rubbish bin/garbage can PWP.

You need a balance of the two types of PWPs. You could try listing your current PWPs and maybe see if anybody knows which kind would be best to build next or what PWP could possibly be hurting your town's score. I suggest any wind turbine or fountain, it seems a lot of players focus on the "abundant living" type of PWPs more and not so much the "abundant nature" type. I forgot where I read about PWP types, but I think they were mentioned on this forum before.
