So yay just got perfect town rating. c:

Anyway, do you have a perfect town rating? Oh, and I am currently building a garbage can, does this effect the rating? Thanks.

I think I read somewhere, once you get it you won't lose the perfect town rating, but I could be horribly horribly wrong on this!

Putting a garbage can can decrease citizen satisfaction, which might make you lose the perfect town status.

No because my town is littered with my furniture items that I'm trying to sell to others. But if those weren't there, then I'd probs have the rating down, and I did have it in July for some time.

My town has a bunch of furniture on the ground, so it doesn't atm, but as soon as I make all of my rooms bigger and sell the useless junk, then maybe I will. One day...

Congratulations! I currently don't have a town, but the last one I had was perfect for the longest time. Once you get there, it's actually easy to keep it maintained for 15 days as long as you don't change much. I usually wait until after the 15 days, then continue to make major adjustments. (❁?▽`❁)*✲ﾟ*
