Perfect Town Question

Ok, so I'm trying to get a perfect town so I can unlock the flower clock. I don't need to maintain it, just need it for one day. It's been forever since I've tried to get Perfect so I don't remember all the little tricks.

I have 29 PWP's set up in my town for Plot resetting. Yesterday Isabelle said the town didn't have enough greenery, today she is saying not enough PWP's. I already have 29....if I chop some trees down will that get me to perfect?

You might have pwps that are lowering the number of environmental points your town has, which contributes to your perfect town status. If you have a tire toy, any of the lcd screens, drilling rig, picnic blanket, or any of the other negative pwps, that might be what's preventing your perfect town status.

I know that you need a lot of flowers, trees and bushes. I do not think there is a certain amount of pwps you need. I dont even think I'm close to 29 pwps and I have a perfect town.

I think if you made that many and your town is still not perfect you should get rid of them. If you have a Trashcan then get rid of it. I don't know all the Pwp's that hurt your town rateing.

Ugh, I totally forgot the picnic blanket of all things lowers the rating. I made a second one for Plot resetting. Demolish it is.
