Perfect Town Question

So I feel like my town landscaping is almost complete! Paths are down, PWPs are slowly increasing, and my gardens are flourishing. At the moment my villagers are just requesting more PWPs, so I'm working on that.

However, just so I'm prepared, what will eventually count against me?
I have spots decorated with Clovers, Ores, and a few Books (Lost items). Should I remove these until after I get the Golden Watering can? Or will they be okay where they are?

Clovers, dandelions, buried items, fruit do not count against you.

Weeds, misc items, trash do count against you. I think you're allowed to have ten items before it counts against you.

So yeah if it's over ten maybe pick them up for now and keep them somewhere safe until you get your can. But if it's only a couple items you should be fine.

Forgot to mention fruit baskets count as junk. Possibly perfect fruit too (hearing mixed stuff on that). Also seashells are okay.

Plus, what PWPs do you have? Some can have a negative effect
