Buying Perfect Town Help

So recently I've been having some trouble. A few weeks ago Isabelle told me that my town was getting really popular, just awhile ago that got brought down to something along the lines of "This town is starting to gain interest" and just today she told me that "this town is riding the so-so rails".

I think it may have something to do with the amount of trees. A number of guides tell me that a town needs 110-200 of them, and I have no idea how many I have currently.

Before I got the message of my town riding the "so-so" rails I was doing a bit of redecorating with my layout to accommodate Rudy moving in. I forgot just how many I was to plant to make up for how many he uprooted and now, I feel like I'm in trouble.

I don't want to aimlessly cut and plant trees till Isabelle gives me something more encouraging, so for now I'm asking for help.

Is there anyone who could come in and count them for me? I'd be willing to pay in whatever bells or TBT I have if you could name your price.
