Perfect fruits!!

What happens when you plant them? Do you get a perfect fruit tree? And are they worth more?

I planted perfect fruit and got regular fruit...I think you have to wait for leif to sell fertilizer?! I could be wrong but my experience is that just planting perfect fruit does not guarantee perfect fruit

If you plant a perfect fruit that is your native fruit (so if your native fruit is let's say, apples and you plant a perfect apple) then you get a perfect tree with that fruit. If you plant a perfect fruit that is not your native, you get a regular fruit tree.

did you plant you're towns perfect fruit or foren, if foren then it will be normal town fruit then you will get perfect fruit

ah ok, that is why...I planted foreign perfect fruit...my town did have one perfect cherry on a tree but I sold it, I didn't know at the time that I should save it

You can get perfect cherries from someone else and they'll grow in your town since cherries are your native fruit.
