People stealing hybrids?

I used to have two blue hybrid flowers near my train station. But today I noticed that they are gone!?!? I'm not sure what happened but I think they were stolen. I am very trusting when people visit my town especially if they have good wifi ratings. So it is my fault but I am shocked that's all they took! I have hybrids everywhere but those were my only blue ones someone gave me. I am so paranoid now to have visitors and I'm not even sure how long they have been gone so I'm not sure who it was.

I'm so sorry to hear that. I haven't had any hybrids stolen but my town is full of them since I breed them and let people run around all the time if they have a good wifi rating.

What kind of hybrids were they?

I'm so sorry that happened to you. I'm always nervous that someone would steal my flowers... That's why I don't grow many hybrids, to be honest, my town is mostly filled with red, yellow, and white flowers from tours.

Aw, it's no fun to have to worry when you have visitors over. I did notice that every before I ever had any visitors at all in my town, hybrids would randomly disappear occasionally, especially before I put on the Beautiful Town ordinance.

Anyway, its a big disappointment, no matter what the cause is.
Would you like to come to my town and fill your pockets for free with any hybrids you want? I have most of the varieties, you could wander around and decide what you want.

there was a giveaway the other day so now i have tonnes and i'm literally like stuck by whoever comes over ;-; i can try and replace the blue ones you lost if you like, pm me if you want any ^_^

so sorry someone stole from you. i hope it was an honest mistake, like people thought you were offering it since it was at the train station? i just make it a point to not touch anything when i go over to someone's town, but other people are not as careful. i hope it wasn't malicious, like they really wanted to steal from you.

Yeah, sadly, I feel we all need to be slightly paranoid. Sometimes people have sticky fingers, even if other people have had good experiences with them.

I don't invite people over often (especially less often lately since Pokemon X&Y are out), but when I do, I grab a few hybrids flowers and throw them in storage for the duration so I at least have a way to breed more should someone steal from me... I also do thorough inspections after someone has been in my town.

I know what you mean. I have had many people to my town that I don't really know (Note they weren't from this forum!! ); I'm estimating about 15% took at least one flower xP If they would have asked, I would given them to them. xD Due to my quick wifi switching, I saved 95% of my hybrids. Due to this, most of the time I follow people around my town, unless I trust them.

It's not that they're stealing from me. It's that they run in my town and my blue and purple roses go poof.
