Alright I have some changes again.. >_< sorry Pengu 
I finally decided on what I wanted and my FINAL dreamie. My sister might want Colton, so I decided to swap him with Rosie (I don't have her yet). And for the background, in your completed banners, the town Pixel (with the animated cherry blossoms) could I use that animated background instead? And the villagers can just be a straight line instead. Just wanna catch you before you start.

Okay, it looks like you have an open slot and I checked a bunch of times to make sure. If I'm wrong, please forgive me.

Border: Dashed
Template Shape: Rounded Rectangle with large scalloped edges
Colors: Text: CCFFFF for town name and mayor name, black for everything else ; Border: CEFFE3 (including scalloped edges) (Also, do you suggest that I should make the font color darker since the border is also light? Do you think it would still show up if you were to, say, put a white border around the text?)
Background: If I could, I’d like to do a custom background. I don’t have a link to it, but I do have it on my computer. I’m not entirely sure how to attach/post the picture. Edit: I think I managed to attach it. Is it okay to attach or should I try to upload it somewhere else?
Font Preferences: Realistik, if you could do that, just for my town name and mayor name. I’d like everything else to be in Silkscreen.
Villagers: Beau, Chrissy, Diana, Flurry, Francine, Hamphrey, Julian, Lolly, Lucky, and Sprinkle (if you could keep them in alphabetical order, that would be nice, but if you can’t that’s fine too)
Include Dreamies? The ones listed above are all dreamies.
Include names under sprites? Yes.
Anything Else? Okay, so if you could, I’d like the layout to be similar to crystalmilktea’s signature (Emington in the top left corner and Mayor Rosette in the bottom right) but instead of having Trading/Keeping, have Dream Villagers in the same font. A blue bow instead of a pink one would also be nice, but if you think it would be better without a bow, that’s fine too. I’d actually prefer a blue and/or green pastel flower but I can’t seem to find any. I’d like everything excluding “Mayor Rosette” and “Emington” to be inside the border, so if you could put your signature in the same place as you did crystalmilktea’s, that would be great. Between that and “Dream Villagers”, it would be cool if you could fit my friend code (abbreviating FC is fine, it’s 0130-1858-2253). If it gets crowded, maybe put a • in between the phrases to separate them. If it just doesn’t fit, then you don’t need to put the friend code.

Okay, I just found a flower I like, but it's a .gif and I don't want that. I don't really know how to make it non-.gif and keep the transparency though.
(Please tell me the pictures showed up. I can't see under spoilers for some reason. When I click on them my cursor changes but nothing happens.)
If you can't use that one, then maybe you could find another pretty flower. If you can use that one, I'd like the green part to be a little more on the pastel side if it's not too much trouble and then the pink part to be pastel blue. If the yellow part could be a bit lighter, that would be cool. If you don't have any luck with flowers, then the bow is fine.
(I feel so demanding. Let me know if I'm being too much of a pain.)

Yep, I can, so please send me 35 TBT bells (25 for update, 10 for extra). And btw, not sure why this happened, but when I tried to open up the file, I got an error saying that it contained invalid JPEG markers. D: I ended up getting a screenshot of it and that opened up fine.
Not the first time I've had to do that with mayor art someone wanted me to add to their banner. Since I'm not 100% sure where I'm gonna place the pic, I'll send you another mockup, so you can pick which placement you like better.
For Marina and Julian, to double check, you don't want them in now, just whenever you actually obtain them? For the background, I should be able to make it work. I worry about it looking cluttered, but we'll see how it looks when I send ya the mockup.
As for payment, the total will be 200 TBT bells, so please send that over as soon as possible. Thanks!
