Hey there! You may have noticed me derping around the forums before, but now I get to derp even harder in my very own permanent herpty-derpty art thread! I joined TBT originally as a way to start looking for dreamies, but ended up selling art as well and making some great friends. This is my permanent art shop / thread / hangout! Occassionally, I'll have time to take commissions for bells, villagers, items, TBT, etc, but commissions are my primary source of income so USD commissions always take priority, and quite a big chunk of my time due to that. Thanks for understanding!
A little bit about me, then! My name is Ariel - though you can find me many places going by lapaa, my pen name, as it were, which stands for love and peace and art. Feel free to call me Ariel, lapaa, or Pea (my acnl mayor, short for Sweet Pea). I live on the West Coast, studying Illustration with an emphasis on entertainment. I've been making digital art since MS Paint on my parent's desktop when I was 6 or so (if you can call it that, hehehe), but I purchased my Wacom Bamboo Fun when I was 13 years old, and have been using it ever since. I primarily use Paint Tool SAI and Photoshop for my works. Feel free to ask any questions about my process or techniques! I'm happy to share.
