Paying to Let Me Catch a Petaltail Dragonfly

I am looking to visit the town of someone who TT's and currently has petal tail dragonflies in their town! (August-October in the evening)! I am willing to pay up to 100k or other things to do this, however, if no dragonflies appear in your town and I am there for over an hour I will only pay half!

PLEASE I AM DESPERATE! It is the last bug I have to catch and I don't time travel so I don't want to have to wait until the end of summer again!
