How do I tell if I have all 100?

You have to go and sit on the ledge of the Mayor's Tree and let the credits roll. At the end it will tell you how many visitors you have had. I'll stop for awhile and let you do that. You sit under the tree and after a few moments you will see your town's "history" roll as if they are credits.

Oh, and then after that you have to have your gates closed and when you see the monkey he will talk to you about needing an upgrade.
