Paying for purple roses

Ever since Someone accidently ran over my purple rose I have never got another and this was in december

I gave up I made a bunch of ways to hybrid garden them and failed

I will buy for a reasonable price

Are you watering the flowers?
You need to water them every day to allow them to breed.

Oh i got the beautofula town law so it can do it itself.

Yes but even if you have a beautiful town you need to physically water the flowers to allow them to breed - regardless if they've wilted or not.
