Trading Paying 3mil for decent Pokemon!

So I just got my Pokemon X game today, and I'd like to get started pretty fast. I'd love to trade your amazing lvl40+ pokemon for one of my rubbish ones, and then go onto my ACNL game and give you 3mil or more depending on the level. I can also give a few purple roses. ^^ I'm not sure if this stuff is allowed on this forum, so I guess I'll find out! I'd like fire, dark and water pokemon in particular, but any is good at this stage to be honest.

Great. I'm such an amateur, I only got the game about an hour ago.. I'm not entirely sure how to start trading, I've only used Diamond and Ruby games.

Would 15mil be okay? Snorlax (I kind of named it Totoro, hope that's no problem^^) and Slowking are fully trained, Dragalge is not.
