pattern limit

I recently unlocked the new qr code machine in Able Sisters and it's great!
I've been laying down a pathway which consists of 10 separate patterns but i want to lay more than 10 types of
pattern down..
I've tried saving the patterns but when i overwrite the pattern it just replaces it
was wondering if there was a way around this?

Make a pattern slave (extra human characters) to hold your extra patterns. You can also save patterns with Sable but... I don't think that you can have those active (but I never tried so...>>; ).

Sable? Or Mabel?

I know you can save designs with Mabel.
