So now that I'm in a comfortable position with my town, I've decided that this would be a good time to start placing paths. But when I started putting paths down in front of my house, I noticed that I placed the house with only a square of space between it and the cliff.
Considering that all of the paths I was planning on using took up two or three spaces, what would you suggest I do to fix this problem?
Thank you all in advance! :3

Well, a lot of the path sets do have a single wide path option that coordinates, so you may be able to find one of these. I've used clovers for some short paths in one area where I had quite a few homes close together. The paths were just a bit too busy there. The clover gives a clear walking area, but cuts down on the "noise" of the path.

Thanks for the advice. c: While digging around I managed to find some nice one square paths that I could use.

Like SoSu said above you can definitely find some paths that are one space wide or use clovers, but that usually requires duping and I'm not really sure if you have the time or patience to do that

You can always just run back and forth so you'll eventually have a natural path as well! The only problem is that it usually takes a while to actually make one.
