So i just met Pascal for the first time! was so odd seeing him suddenly pop up out of nowhere, and now i can just see him swimming past the barrier with the scallop :p
how many times have you met him?

I've never met him...strange. Well, the first day I had my town Redd was there, the second day Gulliver, and now Katrina. c: Who will I meet next? :D Find out...soon! XD

I've only met him once too! I've read that scallops are way more common in the winter, so I'm hoping to get a lot of the Pirate set then.

I met him once but didn't give him my scallop- trying to complete museum!
Never seen him since though.

I've got the full pirate set! Everyday I go swimming searching for his scallop, and I eventually find it. :)
Just be careful to not find the scallop when your pockets are full, else he won't appear. It happened to me.

I've never found him. Is it triggered by finding the scallop or is it just random when he shows up?

I've met him 6 times, and gotten items 5 times (the first time I kept it for the museum). Once I got a scallop, but he didn't appear. If what Lemons said is right, then I guess my pockets were probably full.

Pascal won't show up on wifi, if you have full pockets, or if you found your scallop too close to the dock/beach.

I've gotten Pascal three times, but have found like eight Scallops.

I've met him so many times because I'm trying to make a pirate themed restaurant and wanted a couple of each piece of the pirate set.

I love Pascal, his sayings are so out there mannnn~!

I wish he could be a permanent villager....

ALSO
Nooblord I would love to see your Pirate Themed restaurant when its done :) it sounds like a radical idea!

I have only met him once...I don't dive much...I really need to do that more often...most of the stuff I need for the museum are all winter things now.
