This might be a dumb question, but is Pascal in the waters, trading items\mermaid diy for scallops only for a limited time, like only in the summer? Or is he there all year to give out mermaid diys
This is not a dumb question, it's good to know actually. I've been rushing to get all the DIYs because I was worried he would only be here for the summer lol. Good to know he will be here all year.
