So I know there are kpop fans here, so I wonder what are your thoughts on JYJ's Park Yoochun scandal and is it normal for the news media in Korea to release a suspects name when they don't even have all the facts of a case yet? for those who don't know what happened, a woman claimed Yoochun sexually assaulted her in a bathroom. Her boyfriend was the one who went to police and somehow the media got a hold of the info and released Yoochun's name. A couple days later the woman said he didn't assault her and she only said he did because she didn't like the way he looked at her after they "hooked up". It was later found out that the woman and her boyfriend were trying to get money from Yoochun before going to the police..but then a second lady came forward, than a third, and now a fourth, all claiming they too were sexually assaulted in a bathroom...some media outlets stated that one of the women kept changing the dates of the assault after she learned Yoochun wasn't even in Korea at the time.....do you think the first woman should get some type of punishment for making a false claim and because she lied, does that automatically put doubt on the other ladies allegations?..I have heard many people say that even if he is found innocent his career on South Korea would still be over..
