Do you love em hate them?

Can't wait til the day you move out, never wanna leave?

Discuss.

Im not gonna say I hate them... they did alot for me growin up and now
Im more close with my dad, but I love em both xD

Can't live with 'em/Can't live without 'em.

Sometimes I wish I could just leave, but I'm going to live up the time that I have to stay with them. If I leave, than I have to do stuff for myself and I'm not really into doing things on my own.

yah, if it weren't for em, we wouldn't be here
I say, just don't hate em, atleast try to get along

Mutual relationship. Hate them 75% of the time, can bear them 15% of the time, and feels some emotion 10% of the time.

I love my parents, but I'm so glad I moved out at 18. I live a few states away from them now and I feel our relationship has gotten better since I moved out.

yup true, seperation makes you realize how important the relationship is

My parents are the conservative Christian types I've grown to despise.

Speaking as a parent, it isn't fun raising a kid. But my parents are way cool. Our relationship got better after I moved 1600 miles from them!

i agree, kids don't understand what the parent goes through to take care of em
so some kids just end up in a bad postion with thier parents

I seriously love my mother, that woman is amazing. She's laid back, knows how to treat me like a human being, loves my friends, cooks great, argues with me, cracks jokes... <3

My dad and I are cool, too, but I've always been a momma's boy. I hang out with her a lot.

Same way my mother is... Except for the cooking part. I usually cook my own food.

It isn't that she is a bad cook. It is just that I am a vegetarian.

We get along just fine. Love em, and appreciate everything they do and have done fior me.
