So basically if you've never played Paper Mario: TTYD then you seriously need to play this game! It's one of my favourite gamecube games and the whole story line is just awesome. I love it so much!
My favourite characters are definitely Vivian and Doopliss heehee
I had started replaying the game again a few months back but I'm at the very end of the game and it's just so hard to beat lol. My brother and I were very lucky to beat the game the first time so I don't know if I'll be able to do it by myself!
I also got Paper Mario: Sticker Star for Christmas and have been playing it. I like it so far but I have to say that I love TTYD a lot more!
Anyways, how many of you have played the game and who are your favourite characters?
I love this game! It's like my Majora's Mask for Mario. This is the best Paper Mario game ever. I only played the first one a lil bit but I stopped halfway through because I hate playing on the Wii in front of everybody (I got the VC for Wii)
Anyways, my favorites are Vivian and Flurrie (because I like to make her say sassy black things to Mario) and I also love the baby yoshi but I almost never get the color I want.
TTYD is definitely one of my favorite games. It's got charm that the later games in the series lacked, the characters, settings, and music were awesome, and the gameplay was extremely fun. But man, I was stuck on the Doopliss part for ages...I couldn't find that missing S.
Okay yea, Vivian's awesome (as long as we're talking about the NOA/PAL version where she's a she ^^; ). However, I do really like Bobbery. He has an amazing story and he's one of my favorite characters in the game. This would have to be one of my favorite games. I do agree that it is like Majora's Mask, especially with all of the characters and quests.
This is easily one of my favorite games. I have so many memories with this game, it's not even funny. Amazing setting, it has a hilarious story, that at times can be extremely touching (Bobbery). Everything was nailed perfectly from the gags, to the characters. I have yet to find any Mario game that has been able to top it. Even the gameplay has been perfected.
But my favorite character is hard to choose, but Vivian is among the top. Ms. Mowz gets special treatment though, as she reminds of me of Cat Woman, whom I love.
Oh yea the music was definitely awesome! I loved all the different themed tunes for places and characters! My favourites would have to be Doopliss's theme, Twilight Town, Glitzville/Glitz Pit and the Excess Express
