Painting Paths??

Hi!

I have somehow ran into a path that seems to paint the default paths and I am wondering if anyone knows how to find other paths that can do this.
They curve as well but all the other custom designs that I have don't seem to work the same way.

As you can see the original path when placed on a square that is not a path is the normal square size, but on top of a path it "paints" over the path. I tried making an all black pattern and it won't work either.

patterns need atleast 1 transparent pixel to form to the path below it! so any paths you want to have curve like the default paths have to have a transparent pixel somewhere to work
