To answer your question though... I guess I'm not too fond of Rosie in respect of my opinion. There are other cats I find way cuter than her.
I am not too fond of Julian. I spent weeks looking at all the cute letters he sent to players in their towns, and I thought 'Awww I want him in my town so he can do that for me.' I finally got him as a random move in, and I loved him for three days. Then, he got on my nerves. He never sent me letters, when he actually opens his eyes, he gives me the creeps, and he was such a jerk to some of my other villagers. I like so many more villagers now, because I got my 'Julian Phase' out. I love Stitches, though. He's a cutie.

I'm gonna say that I don't like Marshal anymore (ever since I heard of this obsessive dream town). I feel that he is way too overrated. "Let it Go" isn't even as overrated as Marshal.
This made me giggle.

I am going to stand up and say that the whole "tier" thing is totally new to me... and if I'm honest I find it very amusing. The highest ranking of my villagers is T4... which I find most odd because I love them all! I know that the tiers are based on the popularity of this site and it is all opinion... but it's still odd to me that the villagers I adore in my town are only deemed "fit for giveaway" whilst others are being very highly sought! 
That said, my son has Julian on his game and I really would love to adopt him, should he ever move... and I do actually see the appeal in Marshall, he is very cute in an angry kinda way... but I still have better things to spend my bells on

Marshal is overrated imho. Sure she's cute, but she's really not all that interesting. Should be a Tier 2/3 villager.

Yeah! Marshal is so popular because he outright MANIPULATES people into liking him! He also made Biskit "kill" himself and made Pit (Biskit's best friend) believe the poor guy was a dead dog! He's also skilled in making false romance (See 3700-2069-4814 for this awful town, governed by such a victim [Mello])! Someone, PLEASE take this psychotic son of a plork off Tier 1, or I'm calling the Administrators!
