Overall Impressions

So, what do you all think of the Wii, in general? Has it lived up to it's hype?

And, who wants to make bets on how long I can survive until Christmas when I get mine?

It sure has. Even thought I only got to play Wii Sports, it is SO WORTH IT.

Me too. The worst thing is that I already HAVE mine, but my mom wants me to open it on Xmas. I waited 3 hours in line for that thing, and it's TAUNTING ME! TAUNTING, I tell you!

My impressions:

-Pretty cool controler, its lightweight, and pretty confortable.
-Small gorgeous console <3
-Easy setup.
-Wii sports pwns!

It has definitely outperformed and exceeded all of my expectations, especially Twilight Princess. Wii Sports was also a pleasant surprise, as I originally thought it would be a mere tech demo... Golf stinks, though, but it WAS a pack-in. TP, however, from what I have played so far, is oh-so-close to getting the title of "best game ever"!

I actually liked golf... don't like boxing much, to long and the wire for the nun chuck gets in the way sometimes

Amazing. Wii Sports is better than I could've ever hoped for.
Wii in general is awesome!
The controller and its greatness could be expected to do no more than it does.


And now I'm off to go play some Tenkaichi for the 1st time.

I was trying to get one today but all of them run out I was gonna get it yesterday too but it was sold out too!
