No idea. It's just always been that way. I restarted several times, each time always having the same problem. Everything else in the game works fine. Just no pings which also means no pwps.
That's why this town is an extra town to help others get their badges and for me to find clovers to auction and give away to the lovely members of tbt.

The game had gave me seven villagers, I now only having Kiki and Pashmina in this town. (I've got Bob and Lopez too and their pretty cool to talk to -v-) I had to get rid of the other town. Luckily, I am getting a third non-glitched copy for Christmas so I will be getting those precious little love muffins in the next town! ;v;Btw, the first group has finished their weeding. Setting the games clock ahead a few years and I'll let the next group come by and weed.
