I honestly do not think you can give him away for higher than that. 150 is already high. Marshal goes away for 150-200 and he is a tier 1. But I guess this does not count for everyone, because I'd be willing to pay over 200tbt for Moe, even though he is a tier 4 or 5. But that is just personal preference. Please do not get me wrong, I am not trying to be arrogant or smart! Just putting this out there. Sorry if I offended anyone!
Thanks for the input on the current going rates for villagers. I have been away for a few months, so I am not familiar with how much villagers currently go for. I remember when T1s and 2s would go for 500 BTB, so I'm still sort of in that mind set since I'm not really active on here.
I actually would have accepted that offer, but I went offline, and when I was back online, they were offline. I saw that they in fact had the bells, so the only problem was my access to my DS, as I was out and was only checking from my phone. Then, when they were back online, I saw they didn't have the bells anymore, so I figured they had made another transaction. I do realize that they could have put that amount of bells in their ABD, but I'm looking to get rid of him as soon as possible, so it's basically whoever offers and is online when I am at this point. I am also not trying to be arrogant or smart, and I hope this explanation clears any confusion you may have had as to why I hadn't accepted their offer and why I was looking for a few hundred BTB for him. Also, I hope this resolves any hesitations had by anyone who is interested in him. I am very flexible with the pricing, so long as you aren't trying to turn around and sell him for a profit.

Yes that clears a lot actually. And that was very nice of you, noticing how she/he did not have enough bells.
One of the main reasons I posted my reply is because I love bumping and I love commenting on whatever, so please do not take anything personally.
I have never really seen a villager go for 500tbt yet, but I don't look at all the threads anyway. If someone is willing to pay a lot, then let them go ahead and do!

Yeah it was a few years ago when villagers were going that much, and it's just been going down as more people are attaining more and more IG bells.
