Harv's Plaza is not unlocking

Hi! So, yesterday, I got my island to 3 stars, and held a concert, and today, I checked my mailbox and there was no letter from Harvey. I visited his island to make sure, and sure enough, I was greeted by the discouraging sight of his clothes that are either cursed to never finish drying, or have indeed dried long ago, and are just sitting there collecting dust and mold. Whatever is happening to Harvey's clothes, I still was not permitted into his backyard. I have don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I need help.

If you've got the 3 start rating and kk had his concert, maybe it's something small. Have you done the initial tutorial in photopia? If not, maybe go through harvs photopia tutorial and see if that unlocks it?

Yeah. I've already tried that. Thanks, though! I've read that's one of the prerequisites. I guess Harvey has to see how well you listen before allowing you to see what's beyond his immovable clothesline. Not that he'd let me in either way apparently!

I think I'd probably go to harvs and do a photo with a villager or talk to him every day until it unlocks. Good luck! I hope you get it figured out.
