Buying or trading for Blue Pansies

I'm working on my second town, TickTock - it's a Doctor Who themed town, and I'm looking to buy blue pansies! I think they're pretty and perfect for my town plans!

I'm looking to buy maybe 20-30 total. In TickTock I have to trade:

2 purple roses
13 pink roses
multiple baskets of perfect apples

I prefer to pay with TBT as I do not have many IGB.
