Bill the jock duck is planned to move out on the 28th, but I can TT him out.

I'm not sure. I really need the bells, but Bill is an unpopular villager, so I'd say 1 million.
I actually need to TT him out in a few minutes, so if anyone wants to buy him, you'll need to be able to take him right now.
