Updated the OP, though if you're reading this first I have finally decided to make peace with my purple and pink fragment dates.. in the long run I just don't think it's worth the struggle I'm going through askdksf.
I'm now looking for a purple candy from 2018 instead! I'll also take one from 2019, but one from 2018 would be ideal.
