I kind of like it. I also like that the villagers have their own little area. I like adding benches and fruit trees around villagers houses, and theres not a whole lot of space for that. I also like placing flowers around their houses, but their a bit too close together for that too.
I'm not as impressed as it if it were done completely naturally, rather than manipulating the game. That said, I do like the appearence of it, although I'd feel the main part of the town then would feel really quite empty, so meh.
You can't achieve that unless you hack, house plots are always at least two spaces apart in game. I wouldn't hack out of fear of bricking my game. Beyond that I do think that houses with out a gap look awkward as they are too close and the bridges on that map look irritating to me. (I don't like sideways bridges for some reason.)
I like the idea of retail, the town hall, and the police station being next to each other but I feel the villagers are too far away.
Not really. Cramping the villagers in a row wouldn't work for me. Need space in between their houses.
I do like the private island with the house but not all the beaches. It would be interesting to see how if it lines up and if it looks natural. It's nice that they kept the waterfall and lake. I've visited some dream town and those are missing and didn't have any PWP.
One towns private island land went into the waterfall and wasn't against the wall. You could tell that they messed with it. Very sloppy work.
