Opinions on town themes?

I'm considering a third copy, I'd use it for a cycling town again, as my current one is going to be a second town and is a holding place for friend villagers while they restart their towns.

I have a few ideas for this third town after I finish cycling for a while. I'd like to know what you guys think of these ideas.

The Walking Dead (Had a thread on this not too long ago)
Alternative music based (My favorite music genre, a few villagers could fit typical rock/punk looks)
Pokemon (I know these theme is around, but Pokemon was a HUGE part of my childhood)
Wild World (I vaguely remember villagers from my Wild World town, such as Queenie and Robin, I'm kinda sad I don't remember who I had)
Secret Forest (Pretty self explanitory, forest animal town)
Breaking Bad (There's a few villagers that just fit for this idea)

I had a few more ideas but I can't really remember them. I can explain some in detail, but I'd like to know whar you guys think of these ideas.

I WAS JUST THINKING ABOUT THAT THE OTHER DAY =)))

i wanted to make another character just so i could have a basement and turn it into a meth lab (with all the science lab gear items), then i'd give the character a mii mask so he'd look like walter white or jesse pinkman and/or make them wear gas masks
and then i'd design a qr code for their yellow suits |D

and I suppose it'd be a good idea because the other themes (aside from Walking Dead) are pretty common!

A Walking Dead or Breaking Bad themed town sounds really unique and original, but personally my favourite of those listed is the alternative themed town. That sounds totally awesome and there are a lot of cool villagers who fit the bill perfectly! I'd personally be very interested in seeing or visiting a town with that theme

I was working on some villagers for the Alternative themed town and I found a few that I could make references to.

Butch/Mac - Bloodhoung Gang
Kidd - Thiskidsnotalright (Awolnation)
Knox/Sterling - Knights of Shame (Awolnation)
Drago - Imagine Dragons
Tabby/Kyle - Alternative dressing fans
Phoebe - The Phoenix (Fall Out Boy)
Chief (Closest looking) - Fleet Foxes
Julian - Houdini (Foster the People, magic reference)

Just some ideas I had ovo, I'd like to know what you guys think!

I really wish we had about three different save slots in this game. All of these ideas are super neat and I'd love to have different themes, too. I just don't wanna buy more copies. D:

I like the alternative music idea, but then again, only you might get the references. x3

I'd probably go with an Alternative theme, I feel like a modern themed town (modern kinda reminds of cities imo) could reference Capital Cities, or if I set my dream address on that town at night it could reference Midnight City (M83, even though their an electronic band they're played once an a while on alternative stations). Plus the stone hedge PWP could make a reference towards AWOLNATIONs album cover of Megalithic Symphony
