Opinions on Neighbors moving out

I'm happy CF isn't like WW where they all move so fast.

yes that sometimes gets annoyng... in ww it was really funny because i knew a couple of people who had the game and so one person got a neighbor that they hated then it just switched off between the different peope and they all hated him lol it was funny
