Ok so I am being super, super picky again. I have had my town for about a month and I love everything about it except for the fact that it does not have a south facing waterfall (and maybe a blue train station). I am contemplating starting a new town (I can trade my items to my friend). I have heard that generally speaking, you have less room for PWP with a south facing waterfall than a horizontal. My current town looks like this:

Iselia.jpg
(I'll fix it if it does not show up

My house is where my little red marker is

Native fruit: Apples
Town Hall Roof Color: Blue
Villagers: Kiki (love her! so cute), Purrl, Moe, Knox, Kidd, Lopez, Annalise (want her to move, she is in my fancy garden spot!!!), Goose, and Cally.

The area to the bottom left of the caf? is a park with a fountain, the place just to the right of my house and left of town square is a fancy garden (in progress) and then I may make an orchard to the right of retail.

I am worried about starting over because I am super picky and have tons of criteria I want:

Circle grass
Blue Town Hall
Blue Train Station
Private place for my house
South facing waterfall
Cherries or Apples (though anything but oranges or pears would be fine)
Space for lots PWP (caf?, police station, garden, park)
Retail near Main street or dock
Vertical pathways to beach (or at least the one with the dock)
Private beach or coves (possibly)
Preferably coast on the right side

My dream code is 5900-3310-5900 if anyone wants to come and take a look!
Should I restart or is this a good layout? Please give me your opinions! Thanks!:)

I think its pretty good, everything is pretty close.

I think it looks fine because everything is pretty close together but if you really don't like it then make a new town. It would be better to make a new town now instead of later because later on you would of progressed more in the game.

It looks fine to me, but if you really don't want to keep it reset know while you are not super far into the game, as the further into the game you get, the harder it is to say goodbye to your town. My advice? Keep it, it looks fine to me!
