Opinion on my island map!

Hello everyone!

I posted this on Discord today but figured there'd be more people on the forum

So, overly perfectionist me can't decide between the 3 following designs for my 3rd residential are!
Here are 3 versions of I've made using Happy Island Designer, please let me know your thoughts (I mainly focused on that area on the maps, I'm trying to work it bit by bit)

Thank you! I spend way too much time on that thing haha... here I was thinking waiting day by day to get all my building/bridges out of the way would be a drag, now I wonder if I'll have enough time even if I move every single one of them haha

personally I like the top one best, most variety and I love the natury areas.

Again, keep in mind that I plan on decorating my island anyway! The first draft I tried to include details, but otherwise it's mostly to figure out my river & the residential areas!!
