Buying OPERATION: Toybox - Dream Town

Hello!
I am restarting my cycling town
to create my dream town of
Toybox and I would love
it if you guys would help
me by selling me the items
I need for the town, mayors,
houses, and the game itself.

1. I will not pay until I've gathered
enough TBT as I am buying some
art which will be taking all 800 of
my current amount up so I'll
PM you when I get the amount
we agree on.
2. The character picking up these items
will be named Alice (from Toybox).
3. This thread will stay open until I get
everything needed.
4. I request that villagers should be
obtained last as I don't want them to
move out while I'm working on the town,
because as soon as I finish the town,
I will get the villagers, then register
my dream town.
5. People who help will be credited
in the signature I make for Toybox,
unless it's super long, I'll put the
main helpers in the signature and
put the honorable mentions in my
biography.

Story of Town

Spoiler: Alice's Story

Alice was a normal girl in Britain. For her seventh birthday she got a doll named Rosemary. When she was eight, her parents started to sign her up for more lessons and more things that kept Alice away from playing with the doll for a long time. It got to the point where Alice barely touched the doll anymore. At this point, the doll had treated the other toys like crap (Alice blamed herself for that damage.) and by this, the doll was tearing limbs off in her anger. (Stitches, the bear, got torn up so much he has only marks where his eyes were and he has patches from different fabrics Alice used in attempt to fix him. Coco, the toy that the doll had torn the eyes and lips off. Peaches the doll who just had the eyes torn off. Chester, the toy with low self-esteem due to the beating-up. Cole, the rabbit who's had a similar fate to Coco and Chester, Kiki, the pet cat of Alice, and others.) The doll got jealous and the other toys sadly agreed. The doll cursed the parents to die. First, the father died as a train hit him on his way to his work. A few months later, the mother died of a heart disease. Alice didn't want to be an orphan so she says she has a guardian even though she doesn't. She slowly went crazy as her dolls were her only friends now. She scribbled out all the paintings she made of her and her family, she scribbled out her dad and her mom leaving just her and the doll. Alice went so crazy that all her dolls came to life in her visions. She saw Rosemary as a person, along with the other dolls that Rosemary had treated badly. At the age of 16, Alice was driven to suicide. The dolls that were living buried her, they felt guilty, especially Rosemary, and they were never exactly heard from again.

So as you can see, it's a pretty sad story.
