Online error

okay, so my friend from Iceland is having issues getting online when it comes to games like Animal Crossing, Super Smash Brothers and Mario Kart, yet he can use the online in Style Savvy just fine. It gives him this error code: 018-0512


so, does anyone know what could be causing him these problems? help would be very much appreciated!

It sounds like a DNS error. Try setting it to google's DNS servers or follow the link's guide.

You can go in the top right hand corner of the thread, and it says administrative, and you click on that, and it gives you the option of closing the thread, then you click on that.

i looked and didn't see anything like that at the top right
