Octavian in my cycle town is in boxes, and so i've decided to hold a short raffle for him

omg it's too bad i don't have room right now and i'm holding a villager in boxes for a friend i want him for my second town ;;

I would love Octavian to move to the town of Mack! We have a spot open. Currently, the town of Mack is in great upheaval. Rolf has started a mafia and is working with Agent S to smuggle perfect oranges out of the town. This blackmarket has created a city of crime. Poor Fauna is afraid to even leave her home now. Kid Kat, our city's prime crime defender, has been kidnapped and Officer Copper isn't talking. I sit in my town hall, staring out the window at my town, knowing only one person can save us. Enter Octavian. His grumpy, angry, no non sense attitude can save the town of Mack! We need him in order to save our town. Currently Shep and I are plotting a scheme to take down Rolf and Agent S. We need one more villager, someone who will call us a "sucker". Someone who is red and has cute cheeks. The night sky in Mack has a light flashing in the sky. Its a picture of Octavian. Will he get our distress signal? Only time will tell.
