Ok so im on the phone with 3 people and one lives in north carolina and he says he dying and it sounds like he is but im not sure cause he said he hasn't ate for 5 days and he did crack don't you die in 3 days without food but it does sound like he's in pain but im not sure

Well, if he is fat then he can last longer then 3 days because your body will astart using the fat as enrgy but it probably doesnt give you as much energy at once which is probably making him sound like someone dieing
