Really cute! I was a little disappointed that there was no paths, but she obviously thought about the placement of things! I like her signs! hehe Just looking at how big her tree is just tells you how much time she put in! She has a lot of bamboo though, I wonder how long it takes her to dig up all those shoots (seeds). I am a little sad to see the rampant grass wear, but some people like to see the grass wear paths, and it does give a lot of freedom of movement!

I don't get the whole 'paths' thing myself. They're not in my town either. However, I'm sure she'll start playing with them soon.

There is A LOT of bamboo (the possessed by the devil, self replicating, axe eating stuff). With that said, its terrible to manage, but she does, and the results looks fabulous to me!

Topsy - I think paths are popular because of the grass wear issue. I didn't plan to use paths, but after nearly 2 months of play, the grass is just getting too worn in my town. I never run around, but there's so many dirt spots. I've started pathing (stopped temporarily because I need some more axes to cut down trees) and it looks better.

I do think some towns go too far with the pathing though. I see some that are literally covered with path squares, no grass showing at all. I don't like that. It looks way too unnatural, IMO.

Those custom ones just look fake in my opinion and you can see the seams.

I initially thought that, however by using ones that look like paving tiles it doesn't look so bad.

I intend to visit this dream address at some point, it sounds like it's quite good.

Very cute! I went and looked around for quite a long time. I liked the Kiddie House and the barber shop room. Some things in town were so cute like the nude beach and the bamboo/zen garden. My husband and I play together too!
