OMG! I got a PERFECT Town!!

I honestly cannot believe it :O i have played every animal crossing game and have not even come close to a perfect town before, i was just walking around checking on the villagers when i spotted a Jacob's Ladder O_O
I never plant flowers ever.... i dont have the beautiful ordinance its crazy

and then i celebrated the wind turbine ^^
