no. sorry! you can lurk for a villager and then when they move in you can reserve them.

I have decided to stop cycling as I have lost interest in it right now.
I'll cycle out the last set of villagers before I reset. I won't be taking any reservations or lurkers. So whoever can pick up a villager first gets them.
