So Kyle in my sisters town asked her to give a gift to Julian, it actually turned out to be the same shirt, LOL and he put it on, i think that happens very rarely

I think that's based on how much villager B likes villager A, and then the clothing is either random or based on gifts you give or they can buy. But yeah, one in a million chance!
