Whenever I tell a villager "Alright, bye" when they ask to move (specifically Bunnie), she's like "You know what? I'm gonna have to stay and win you over!" It's really annoying. I don't need 2 peppies in my town and she's the least interesting of all my villagers. She's done this twice now. How do I convince her to pack her bags and get outta here, once she does get the idea of moving again?

Restart the game without saving. She will ask to move again. If you already saved after she said she is staying then you are out of luck.
Next time just do what i said above. Then either ignore them until their date to leave or keep restarting until they finally agree

when you get a rumor of her moving, DON'T TALK TO HER, she will always move if you don't engage her pings.

@punchyleaf THANK YOU! I think it worked! When I turned off the power, I went back on, walked in front of her, and she gave me the ping. When I told her "good plan", she said "Alright! Now I KNOW I'm doing the right thing!" or something among those lines.

Also, thanks for the advice, Hotcocoa!
