I would love to take him, but sadly my town is full right now, and I won't be free to cycle until later tonight. I'd gladly offer 400k for him though, if you wouldn't mind holding onto him a little while!

I'm actually not sure. I thought that I've read it somewhere that you can, but looking it up, some people say it's really rare. O:
